Regional Manager - Exclusive Brand Outlets - Retail

Position: Regional Manager - Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO)

Region: Karnataka & Goa

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned retail leader to drive business performance, expansion, and operational excellence across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Karnataka & Goa. The role requires strong commercial acumen, proven team leadership, and the ability to deliver consistent growth while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the region.

- Monitor KPIs including sell-through, average bill value, and conversion rates.

- Ensure smooth retail operations aligned with SOPs and brand guidelines.

- Drive efficiency through cost control, inventory management, and manpower productivity.

- Lead and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, and retail staff.

- Identify and evaluate new store locations; collaborate on expansion rollouts.

- Build relationships with mall operators, landlords, and local partners.

- Ensure superior customer experience and effective implementation of campaigns.

- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain for seamless operations.

- Provide regular MIS reports and business updates to Head Office.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / MBA preferred, with 12 - 15 years of experience in retail operations.

- Prior experience managing Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in Karnataka & Goa is essential.

- Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering strong sales growth.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
