Regional Manager Collections - Haryana & Punjab - Vehicle Loan Collections

Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractors)
Role Summary: Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Haryana & Punjab
Please make sure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).
- Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.
- Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.
- Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.
- Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.
KPIs:
- Collection efficiency vs target
- Roll rate and vintage movement
- Cost per unit recovery
- Legal case resolution TAT
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA with 10 to 15 years in vehicle finance collections
- Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management
- Willing to travel extensively within the zone
