Senior Software Engineer

Description: Regional Manager Cloud Sales: Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Growth Ownership: - Own and achieve regional cloud revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). - Drive growth across Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS), Platform (PaaS), SaaS, and Managed Services. - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with predictable forecasting. - Improve average deal size and customer lifetime value. 2. Market Expansion & Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Startups. - Develop regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies. - Expand footprint in priority verticals (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, EdTech, etc.). - Establish strong presence in assigned geography. 3. Enterprise Sales Leadership: - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder cloud deals. - Engage CXOs (CIO, CTO, CFO) for consultative selling. - Drive solution-based selling (Cloud Migration, Modernization, DevOps, AI/ML workloads). - Manage RFP/RFI responses and large contract negotiations. 4. Team Management & Capability Building: - Recruit, train, and mentor cloud sales executives. - Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance. - Conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions. - Build technical awareness within the sales team. 5. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: - Work with hyperscalers like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. - Drive co-sell motions with OEMs and cloud marketplace programs. - Strengthen relationships with channel partners and system integrators. 6. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Support renewals and contract expansions. 7. Forecasting & Reporting: - Provide accurate sales forecasting and revenue projections. - Track KPIs such as pipeline coverage ratio, win rate, sales cycle length. - Present regional performance reports to leadership. 8. Competitive Intelligence: - Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies. - Position differentiated value propositions. - Adjust regional pricing strategies as needed. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams. - Support marketing campaigns and regional events. - Align delivery capability with sales commitments.
