Our client is a renowned group in financial services. Their investment manager vertical is looking for a Regional Manager - Business Development - Family Office & Institution.
1) Job Purpose
To strengthen the company's Investment Managers' Family Office and Institutional vertical by building andnurturing long-term relationships with family offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) investors. The role entails providing bespoke investment solutions and expanding the firm's footprint among key client clusters.
2) Principal Accountabilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, target, and onboard key Family Office and Institutions.
- Develop deep client relationships, grounded in trust and long-term value creation.
- Drive client engagement through curated investment offerings and portfolio insights.
Investment Advisory & Distribution
- Understand client objectives, risk appetite, and portfolio gaps to suggest appropriate solutions.
- Represent the company's PMS, AIFs, and other investment products to family office clientele.
- Work closely with the Products and Investments team to tailor propositions for key clients.
Thought Leadership & Market Development
- Participate in industry forums, conferences, and family office networks to enhance visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design client-specific events, roundtables, and whitepapers.
- Channel strategic market feedback to the Investments and Product Strategy functions.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal compliance processes.

Nature: Collaboration on client proposals, onboarding, compliance, reporting, and marketing activities
External
- UHNI Clients, Family Offices, Financial Advisors, External Partners
