Description: We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead business growth, operational excellence, and team performance across an assigned region.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to drive revenue, manage regional teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Regional Business & Revenue Management:


- Own P&L responsibility for the assigned region


- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability


- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals


- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics


Team Leadership & People Management:


- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales/operations teams


- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations


- Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations


- Build a high-performing, motivated regional team


Client & Stakeholder Management:


- Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders


- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention


- Handle escalations and resolve complex client or operational issues


- Represent the organization in regional business forums and meetings


Operations & Process Excellence:


- Ensure smooth execution of regional operations and service delivery


- Implement standardized processes, governance, and compliance controls


- Track operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives


- Coordinate with central teams for finance, HR, legal, and technology support


Market Intelligence & Expansion:


- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights


- Identify opportunities for new business, partnerships, and territory expansion


- Support go-to-market initiatives and regional launches


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Core Skills:


- Proven track record in driving revenue and managing multi-location teams


- Strong leadership, decision-making, and execution skills


- Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders


Business & Analytical Skills:


- Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and KPIs


- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions


- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability


Preferred Qualifications:


- Industry experience in BFSI / Real Estate / Retail / Staffing / Technology Services (as applicable)


- MBA or equivalent management qualification


- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
