Regional Logistics Manager

1) Manage regional warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence.

2) Oversee 3PL partners, transporters, and distribution networks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

3) Drive last-mile delivery excellence, OTIF performance, route optimization, and customer satisfaction.

4) Monitor warehouse and freight costs, vendor performance, budgets, and commercial governance.

5) Manage customer claims, operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.

6) Lead warehouse expansion, capacity enhancement, automation, and digital transformation projects, including SAP/WMS/TMS implementations.

7) Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, ISO standards, and company policies.

8) Experience in regional distribution, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations.

9) Strong expertise in 3PL and transporter management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.

10) Knowledge of SAP/WMS/TMS implementation and process automation.

11) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization skills
