Regional Legal Manager - Litigation

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Regional Legal Manager - Litigation to lead our legal team in Western India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BFSI litigation, with expertise in handling bulk cases under Section 138. You'll be responsible for managing litigation across Maharashtra, MP, CG, Rajasthan, and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee litigation cases across Western India

- Develop and implement litigation strategies

- Handle bulk cases (700+) under Section 138

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel

- Provide legal guidance and support to business teams

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- LLB degree

- 10-12 years of experience in BFSI litigation

- Proven expertise in handling Section 138 cases

- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
