Regional Lead - Human Resources - Bank

Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Regional HR Lead for South to be based at Bangalore.

We are looking out for an individual who is an MBA - HR with 14+ yrs experience in the Banking/ Financial Services sector, proficient with at least 2 south Indian languages, mandatory experience in Southern India region.

The individual would be responsible for managing end to end HR for the South including HR Operations, Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Engagement for all the Southern India branches and offices.

The individual would be travelling extensively in the region to ensure all HR related operations are being managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Alignment: Execute human resource initiatives that align with regional business objectives and the bank's overarching corporate strategy.

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding for regional vacancies, often coordinating internal transfers and redeployments.

- Employee Relations: Manage dispute resolution, grievance procedures, and labor relations policies, ensuring consistent application across all regional sites.

- Performance & Development: Oversee employee development programs, staff training, and career progression frameworks.

- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all regional operations comply with labor laws, financial sector regulations, and internal bank policies.
