Key Responsibilities: Account Management: - Manage relationships with regional buyers of key modern trade chains (e.g., Reliance, D-Mart, Big Bazaar, etc.). - Ensure regular engagement, effective communication, and alignment on brand objectives. Sales & Revenue Delivery: - Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and category-wise objectives for modern trade accounts. - Ensure month-on-month sales growth and profitability. Promotion & Visibility: - Plan, negotiate, and execute promotions and visibility strategies at the store level. - Monitor and improve planogram compliance and visibility norms. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination: - Ensure seamless coordination with the supply chain for product availability, timely delivery, and stock rotation. - Track fill rates and manage stock-outs and returns effectively. Market Intelligence: - Monitor competitor activities, price movements, and promotional strategies. - Provide regular feedback to marketing and category teams. Team Collaboration: - Coordinate with the field force/merchandising team to ensure execution at the outlet level. - Collaborate with trade marketing and category management teams for execution of new launches and campaigns. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent. - 2-8 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in FMCG/F&B sector. - Experience in handling regional key accounts and team coordination.
