Role Overview:

As the Regional Human Resource Manager, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, you will be a critical partner in driving the people strategy for the region. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure a positive employee experience. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational effectiveness within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with regional business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop HR strategies to address them.

- Implement and manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs, to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for the region, ensuring a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Proven ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and fairly.

- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
