We are hiring Regional HR Manager for a fast-scaling logistics and e-commerce startup handle the people agenda across a large and geographically dispersed workforce. This role is for different regions and we are hiring for candidates to be based in Lucknow, Chennai, Patna, Raipur, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata.

Please Note: Only People with Ecommerce/Logistics/Retail experience will be shortlisted and Immediate Joiners preferred. This role needs presence around the warehouse/Fulfilment centers and isn't a corporate office role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession initiatives across multiple locations and operational teams.

- Work with a diverse workforce of On-roll and off-roll Supply Chain Employees.

- Partner with regional business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with growth, productivity, and business objectives.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and culture-building programs to enhance workforce effectiveness.

- Oversee employee relations, compliance, grievance management, and workforce governance across the region.

- Utilize HR analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate workforce risks, and support business decisions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional HR team while continuously improving HR processes and employee experience.

Key Requirements:

- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to business partnering and people management.

- Experience managing HR for large frontline, operational, or blue-collar workforces with logistics, e-commerce, or Retail.

- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

- Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and workforce governance practices.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data to drive business outcomes.

- Proven experience managing and supporting large, distributed workforces with a headcount of 1,000+ employees across multiple locations.
