Reporting To: Zonal / Business HR Head
Role Purpose
To partner with business leaders across the Jaipur region to drive people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition for supervisory and mid-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business heads
- Align HR initiatives with business goals and regional targets
- Drive workforce planning and productivity initiatives
2. Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement initiatives across branches
- Monitor engagement scores and implement action plans
- Drive culture-building and retention strategies
3. Employee Relations (ER)
- Manage disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory norms
- Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy workplace relations
4. Performance Management
- Anchor goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal cycles
- Coach managers on performance feedback and development plans
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning inputs
5. Talent Acquisition (Supervisory Hiring)
- Lead hiring for supervisory / mid-level positions
- Coordinate with TA team to ensure timely closures
- Maintain hiring quality and cost efficiency
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 8 - 12 years of experience in HRBP role (preferably in NBFC / BFSI / Banking)
- Strong exposure to ER, engagement & performance management
- Experience managing multi-location / regional workforce
- Strong stakeholder management skills
