
Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP)
We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive key HR initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on HR expertise, and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Generalist HR roles
- Experience managing regional or multi-location workforce will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit management
- Partner closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters effectively
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters

Preferred Pedigree:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institutes (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI, etc.)
