We are sourcing for a seasoned human resource professional to head the Regional HR for the consumer products business of Himalaya Wellness.

Position : Regional Manager HR - Consumer Business

Reported by : A team of 2 executives/managers

Reporting To : General Manager - HRBP

Base Location - Kolkata.

The position will be the business Partner for the consumer products division of Himalaya wellness and will lead the talent management for the entire manpower of the region.

- Will drive regional performance management cycle - target setting, quarterly and annual reviews, appraisals etc.

- Responsible for HR policy formulation, HR strategy, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, and performance management for the Consumer products Business

- Manage people practices for both on-roll & off-roll employees

- Compliance and vendor management

- Prepare weekly culture score card for managers, basis the interaction with the team to suggest feedback and areas of improvement.

- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high performing culture ensuring better employee experience.

- Work proactively on attrition analysis, retention strategies and HR policies & procedures communications.

- Key Stakeholder management and organization restructuring
