Regional HR Business Partner - BFS

Description:

- Act as the Regional HR Business Partner, working closely with Regional/Zonal Sales Heads to plan manpower requirements and drive timely closures through end-to-end Talent Acquisition support.

- Own regional hiring delivery for frontline, managerial, and leadership sales roles, including vendor management, bulk hiring, offer closures, and joining conversions in coordination with the TA team.

- Ensure seamless onboarding and structured induction for new hires, enabling faster productivity and smoother regional integration.

- Drive the complete performance management lifecycle across the region, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and performance feedback discussions.

- Partner with L&D teams to design and deploy sales capability, leadership, and productivity enhancement programs aligned to regional business goals.

- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across locations to improve morale and reduce attrition.

- Support compensation discussions, incentive rollouts, and handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters as per policy.

- Own regional HR MIS, dashboards, and manpower analytics, providing insights on hiring, attrition, productivity, and compliance to business leaders while ensuring adherence to statutory and HR policies.
