Role Overview
A leading quick commerce company is hiring for a Regional HRBP professional to lead people operations, employee relations, and compliance for frontline teams. The role will focus on supporting high-volume workforce environments while driving engagement and consistent HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional HR partner supporting people operations across multiple operational sites.
- Lead large-scale blue-collar hiring to ensure consistent manpower availability for operations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for frontline employees.
- Manage key HR operations, including payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Drive employee engagement and workforce management initiatives for site-based teams.
- Act as an HR business partner to operations teams, supporting day-to-day people management and resolving employee concerns.
- Ensure smooth HR processes and compliance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Pedigree required
