
Job Title: Regional HRBP
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive HR initiatives across the region. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
Experience :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering / Generalist HR roles
Experience in handling regional or multi-location workforce will be an added advantage
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, performance management, - engagement, compliance)
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and business teams
- Good exposure to employee relations, grievance handling, and policy implementation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
