
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR and Talent Acquisition professional to join our client in Kolkata or Delhi. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between organizational strategy and on-ground execution, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while overseeing critical HR operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with regional business heads, department managers, and the central HR team to ensure that our talent pipeline remains robust and our operational processes are seamless. By driving efficient hiring practices and maintaining high standards of employee lifecycle management, you will directly influence the companys growth trajectory and foster a high-performance culture across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to ensure the timely fulfillment of regional hiring mandates.
- Manage comprehensive HR operations, covering onboarding, documentation, and employee data management, to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to understand departmental hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate seamless employee lifecycle processes, from induction to exit, to ensure a positive and consistent experience for all staff members.
- Analyze regional recruitment metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance overall team productivity.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles while maintaining a focus on quality-of-hire and candidate experience.
- Strong proficiency in HR operational workflows, including statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HRIS management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport across diverse teams.
- Proven capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities across regional locations.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Adaptability to a hybrid or on-site work environment, with the flexibility to travel within the region as required by business needs.
