
Strategic leadership role to build and scale the International Logistics & Supply Chain business in Western India. The position carries a greenfield mandate with full P&L ownership, team build-out, and responsibility for customer growth and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Mumbai commercial & operational footprint
- Drive new customer acquisition and cross-selling of integrated logistics solutions
- Own regional P&L, margins, and profitability
- Manage strategic enterprise accounts and CXO relationships
- Ensure service delivery excellence and customer retention
- Lead tenders, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team
Experience & Expertise
- 18-20 years overall experience
- Minimum 5 years in International Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain
- Strong exposure to Air, Sea, Road, Rail, Contract Logistics, FTWZ
- Proven P&L ownership, solution selling, and enterprise account management
Education & Profile
- Graduate / Post-Graduate; MBA preferred
- Age: 40-45 years
