1. To Develop the strategic plan for Wealth Management to meet business objectives
2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including manpower productivity and suggest/ implement improvements
3. Direct product development efforts and oversee successful implementation of new products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients
4. Develop distribution model which should be cost effective and helpful in growing business rapidly DSA business expansion Control on cost of acquisition
5. To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Volume(nos.) , MS (%) and Turnover( Rs).
6. To coordinate and ensure the collection Targets on Daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7. Timely FI and disbursement of finance to the customers To do appraisal/ Review of performance of TCFSL's team in the region.
8. Target achievement Customer satisfaction level Build client relationship internal and external.
9. Supervise Wealth Managers in the growth, acquisition, and retention of high net worth clients
10. Ensure availability of adequate MIS and reporting tools
11. Attrition control of customers
Risk management
- Implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks within the region's wealth management operations
