Job Purpose
To lead and manage the Wealth Management business for the assigned region by driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and team performance. The role requires strategic planning, high-quality client engagement, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of superior financial solutions to HNI & UHNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive regional AUM growth and revenue targets through a structured business development strategy.
- Build and grow a strong portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients by offering tailored investment solutions across asset classes (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Equity, Insurance, etc.).
- Track and improve cross-sell ratios, NTB client acquisition, and client retention metrics.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers (WRMs) and Team Leaders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and ensure ongoing skill development and product knowledge for the team.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on ethical sales and compliance.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Personally manage key relationships and serve as an escalation point for high-value clients.
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class service experience across the region.
4. Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to align regional goals with national strategy.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitor moves, and internal MIS to continuously refine go-to-market plans.
- Represent the region in leadership reviews and contribute to national policy and product enhancements
