Responsibility:
- Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
- Co-ordinating with the Chief Managers in the assigned region to devise strategies and operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.
- Ensure growth of business & monitor periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized / IFAs empaneled / new investors acquired.
- Ensuring that the Chief Managers & the Relationship Managers in the region meet their sales target individually as well as collectively where sales targets are defined in terms of quantity and quality of funds.
- Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of Chief Managers in the assigned region and coordinating with the respective departments / personnel.
- Liaoning with the Dept. of Funds Management and Registrars and devising ways to provide value added services to the client.
- Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of UFCs in the assigned region with respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customer relationships (in co-ordination with the Chief Managers & Relationship Managers).
- Linkages to Regional stakeholders who influence sales.
- To ensure all the activities of the entire zone satisfy the compliance norms.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.
- Demonstrates Leadership and takes active interest in the development of the team.
- Ensure operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies of the entire region.
- Deliver high standards of service quality and maintain high levels of operational integrity.
- Motivating, coaching, training, and managing the sales force.
- Maintaining good relationship with the HNIs and Non-individual distributors (pertaining to the channel).
- Conducting necessary training/knowledge transfer sessions for the agents to keep them updated on the market and product front.
