Description:
Job Title: Regional Head Talent Acquisition (Hospitality)
Client: Leading premium entertainment provider with a strong presence across all five states of South India, operating multiple locations across metro, semi-metro, and Tier 1 cities.
Location: South Zone (Regional Role)
Reporting To: Senior Leadership / CHRO / Head HR (as applicable)
Role Purpose:
The Regional Head Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the South Zone. The role is responsible for driving high-volume, niche, and campus hiring across multiple locations while ensuring quality of hire, employer branding, and strong stakeholder collaboration across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, salary benchmarking, negotiations, and closure of positions across multiple locations in the South Zone.
- Handle multi-location hiring across metro, semi-metro, and Tier 1 cities for diverse roles and functions.
- Drive bulk hiring and niche hiring initiatives aligned with business growth plans.
Hiring Quality & Assessment:
- Implement and leverage psychometric and assessment tools to enhance quality of hire and predict performance.
- Ensure structured interview processes and hiring best practices are followed consistently.
Sourcing Strategy & Employer Branding:
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies using tactical sourcing techniques.
- Lead employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media channels, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Strengthen and scale the employee referral program by building internal partnerships and driving referral-led hiring.
Campus & Institutional Hiring:
- Lead campus hiring initiatives, especially from hospitality institutes, including seasonal and bulk recruitment drives.
- Build long-term relationships with institutes to create a sustainable talent pipeline.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management:
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Business Leadership to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, workforce availability, and talent market insights.
MIS, Analytics & Governance:
- Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports covering open positions, time-to-hire, cost of hire, source effectiveness, and location-wise hiring status.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards.
Incumbent Profile / Candidate Requirements:
Experience & Background:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager / Regional TA Lead handling high-volume, multi-location hiring.
- Strong exposure to hospitality, QSR, entertainment, or service-led industries (preferred).
- Demonstrated capability in managing both bulk and niche hiring.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Sales, and Senior Management.
