- Responsible for closure of leads/ business
- Responsible to achieve book growth through new customer acquisition and meeting revenue targets.
- Responsible for interest income through incremental business, structuring and pricing of deals, portfolio management, fee income and maintaining relationship with clients.
- To ensure health of the portfolio through regular monitoring the accounts in overdue.
- Training and mentoring the team on Program implementation, documentation and disbursal.
- Able to manage the region assigned
