- Must have corporate sales experience of 15+ years and should have solid people management experience.

- MH People Management exposure (min 70-100 size)

- MH - Post graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College preferable

- Competitive Intelligence in the market and tracing share of wallet for SME clients
- Adopting feasible sales and marketing strategies by analyzing the potentiality of the Client/product through consistent market research

- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & providing solutions to the queries, complaints with an approach to build good client relations.
- Quarterly and monthly revenue and devising tactics for optimizing client acquisition and client retention
- Strong at objection handling, ability to drive new products and ability to coach team members and ability to upsell and cross sell.
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.
- Capability to lead a 80 to 100 member team
