Description:


- Must have corporate sales experience of 15+ years and should have solid people management experience.

- MH - Experience in a direct revenue generation role mainly into B2B

- MH People Management exposure (min 70-100 size)

- MH Min exposure to 2 industries

- MH - Post graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 College preferable

Target Industries / Scope:


- the industry is open, however, below is list of few industries which can be targeted

- Media / Telecom / Banking / Fintech/ FMCG /Internet

KPI for the Role:


- Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets within the assigned territory/region

- Formulating strategies & reaching out to the explored/unexplored market segments for business expansion. Exploring new business opportunities in various segments.

- Competitive Intelligence in the market and tracing share of wallet for SME clients

- Adopting feasible sales and marketing strategies by analyzing the potentiality of the Client/product through consistent market research

Success Parameters:


- Job well done will look like

- Ability to consistently achieve 100% of assigned targets every quarter

- Growth of 20% growth on a yearly basis.

- Renewal rate above 50 to 60%

How/ What does the role require the person to do to produce this outcome?:


- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & providing solutions to the queries, complaints with an approach to build good client relations.

- Quarterly and monthly revenue and devising tactics for optimizing client acquisition and client retention

- Strong at objection handling, ability to drive new products and ability to coach team members and ability to upsell and cross sell.

- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.

- Capability to lead a 80 to 100 member team

Metrics the person is supposed to track:


- Monthly and Quarterly revenue

- Product penetration

- Active client base

- Team productivity

Reports the person is supposed to produce:


- Generate monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales/ team performance reports

- Team productivity
