Description: Hiring | Regional Head Skill Development & Vocational Education (Western India)

Location: Mumbai (Extensive travel across Maharashtra)

We are looking for a senior leader to drive performance, expansion, and impact across multiple Skill Development Centers in Maharashtra.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can build systems, mentor leaders, and scale skilling initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.

What You'll Drive:

- Strategic & operational oversight of multiple centers

- Enrollment, certification & placement outcomes

- Maharashtra expansion roadmap & new center launches

- Government & CSR stakeholder engagement

- Compliance, audits & financial discipline

- Leadership development of Program Managers & center teams

Ideal Experience:

- 10 to 15 years total experience

- 6 to 8+ years in skill development / vocational education / livelihoods

- Multi-location or multi-center management exposure

- Strong familiarity with government schemes & CSR-funded programs

- Proven ability to balance mission with operational rigor

- This role demands maturity, systems thinking, and a strong field orientation.
