Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy to accelerate SaaS adoption and revenue growth.

2. Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities, expand into untapped markets, and strengthen our presence in the DMS & SFA SaaS space.

3. Hunting and Farming:

Will manage both sales to new prospects and cross-sales into existing accounts.

4. Revenue & Pipeline Management:

Own sales targets, forecasting, and deal structuring to ensure consistent revenue growth.

5. Enterprise Sales Leadership:

Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle management, from prospecting to closure, ensuring pipeline velocity and deal execution.

6. Consultative Selling:

Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

Drive C-level discussions with decision-makers, influencing large-scale deals and enterprise account expansion.

7. Competitive Intelligence:

Analyze market trends, refine positioning strategies, and stay ahead of industry shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. A minimum of 12+ years of experience in Sales driving B2B IT products, Enterprise Solutions and SaaS environments.

2. Minimum 5+ years in a role that involved strategic cycle with ambitious new business growth and expansion of revenue model

3. Proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in DMS/SFA domain.

4. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

5. Engineering / MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred but not essential Self-starter, proactive, strategic

6. Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and enterprise sales expertise.

7. Experience in building and scaling SaaS revenue models.

8. Ability to lead and mentor high-performing sales teams.

9. Deep understanding of SaaS GTM strategies, customer acquisition, and retention.

10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

11. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and analytics-driven decision-making.
