Our client, a leading player in the building materials and workplace solutions industry, is looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Head North to drive market expansion, strategic client acquisition and business growth across North India.

Key Requirements :

- Strong exposure to Building Materials/Construction/Interior Solutions industry

- Proven experience in handling North India market

- Strong network with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Corporate Clients

- Expertise in business development, strategic sales and team leadership

- Experience in driving large account acquisition and revenue growth

Preferred Profile :

- 10+ years of experience with significant leadership exposure

- MBA preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- Candidates with strong market connect and experience in scaling business across North India may share their profiles.
