Our client, a leading financial services company specializing in invoice and bill discounting through factoring and reverse factoring, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented professional to join as Regional Head / Relationship Manager - Large Corporate Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional growth strategy for large corporates.
- Acquire and manage high-value corporate relationships across industries.
- Drive business development, sales, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Service) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, research, and direct outreach.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in B2B Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial Banking, or Invoice Discounting.
- Proven expertise in corporate acquisition and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong financial acumen with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management capabilities.
- MBA/PGDM preferred; multilingual skills are a plus.
