Role Overview
As a Regional Head, you will own the regional P&L and drive 500 Cr+ in annual Business from primary residential real estate, owning business performance and team output. This role requires prior experience in driving sales in primary residential real estate or high-value B2C sectors. You will report directly to the City Lead and be a key contributor to the regional expansion and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership: Drive sales performance in the assigned region, managing daily execution and strategic goals.
- Developer Partnerships: Cultivate strong working relationships with local developers to unlock premium inventory access and co-branded campaigns.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement localized go-to-market strategies and sales processes that convert high-intent leads effectively.
- Client Engagement: Ensure high-quality advisory and buying experiences for homebuyers across the funnel.
- Performance Management: Track and optimize key sales metrics-conversion rates, ticket size, sales velocity and lead ROI.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure operational alignment and service excellence.
- Reporting: Provide regular business updates, pipeline reports and performance reviews to the City Lead.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales.
- Proven track record of having led sales contributing to 200+ Cr annual Business.
- Solid understanding of Bangalores residential property market and buyer behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, target-driven environment with agility and ownership
