Regional Head - Project Execution - EPC

Job Title: Regional Head - Project Execution (Data Center / EPC)

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Experience: 15 to 25 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are strictly looking for candidates from Main Contracting / EPC companies with hands-on site execution background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end site construction, civil, structural, MEP, and high-voltage substation execution for mega-scale Data Center / Infrastructure projects.

- Direct site project teams, main contractors, and sub-contractors to drive fast-track project delivery, budget management, and safety (HSE).

- Manage turnkey project P&L, site procurement, resource allocation, and Level 16 Testing & Commissioning up to client handover.

- Oversee site logistics, statutory clearances, quality control (QA/QC), and vendor governance across regional project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Experience: 15+ years of core EPC / Contracting experience leading multi-hundred crore project sites.

Mandatory: Direct experience working with Main EPC Contractors.
