Position Summary:
The Regional Head will be responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management across key cities in Southern India. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in private wealth, team leadership, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Lead the South / East Zone business across key markets such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi / Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities within the HNI/UHNI segment.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the team of wealth managers, relationship managers, and senior advisors in the South zone.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in private banking/wealth management
- Proven track record in managing large teams, driving AUM growth, and acquiring UHNI clients.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory framework
