Job Description:
- To lead a team of Partners/Relationship Leaders at the location and be responsible for managing Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs in order to provide expert relationship management experience (Domain Expert)
- In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promotors/Directors of organizations.
- Be proactive in converting the Richest Individuals base at the location especially the base listed as Top 500 Richest Indians in India In synergy with corporate banking
- Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which are required to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients
- Besides leading a small team, the position shall also manage key clients personally.
- Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunities across all products
- Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelizing self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams
- Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers
- Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collective responsibility to the bigger objectives of the institution

- Self Revenue generated from mapped clients
- Revenue generated from the team
