Regional Head - P&L/Sales/Service
Our Client is 30 year old listed company ,market leader with presence across multiple cities in India through its own sales force and channel partner network.
Job Description :
Responsible for Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client's work status and receivables.
- P&L ownership for the business unit.
- Drive acquisition of SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises, converting them into paid members on the platform.
Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), covering customer growth, revenue targets, and cost optimization. - Optimize cost of customer acquisition (COCA) to ensure efficient investment and sustainable growth.
- Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the sales reports.
- Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.
- Recruit, develop & retain respective teams by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.
- Drive performance with incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.
- Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis with his/her team.
Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in Sales.
- MBA from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred. Good academic performance is a definite plus.
- Hands on experience in building channel partners and in leading large team in Sales Acquisition Processes.
