Regional Head NRI
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, building partnerships, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional strategy for NRI business, including banking, wealth management, and investment services tailored for the NRI segment.
- Lead and manage regional teams including sales, relationship managers, compliance, and customer service to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including NRI clients, overseas partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive acquisition and retention of NRI clients through innovative products, personalized services, and outreach programs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards specific to NRI banking and investments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine
service offerings.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and risk teams to design and launch new products suited for the NRI market.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in NRI banking, international business, or wealth management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NRI regulatory frameworks, banking products, and investment vehicles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the region.
