Regional Head - Manufacturing - FMCG

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive end-to-end manufacturing operations across company-owned and co-packing units in the North region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional manufacturing operations, production planning and execution across multiple units.

- Drive production efficiency, capacity utilization, equipment performance and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety and regulatory standards, including BIS, FSSAI and ISO.

- Drive process improvements, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and operational excellence initiatives.

- Monitor key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, downtime, productivity and wastage.

- Manage operational budgets and drive cost optimization across energy, manpower and raw materials.

- Lead and develop plant teams while ensuring strong HSE and safety practices.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong manufacturing leader with multi-unit regional operations experience, sound understanding of production processes, quality and regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Relevant Experience: Beverage Manufacturing, Bottling, PET Packaging or FMCG Plant Operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, preferably in the bottled water industry or food & beverage industry.

- In-depth knowledge of water purification, bottling processes, and quality control protocols.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the packaged water industry.

- Proven track record in process optimization, cost control, and productivity improvements.

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
