Regional Head - LAP/Mortgage

Job Description:

- To handle a team, acquire, manage, maintain and grow customers for Secured Corporate/SME Term Loans, Structured Term Loans, LRDs, and LAP/ mortgage above INR 5Cr.

- To have moderate understanding of financial statements and knowledge of banking products.

- Candidate should have the ability to generate leads through leveraging the existing relationship and developing new relationship.

- Proactive monitoring, managing and deepening relationship with existing clients on an ongoing basis in the location covered by the Candidate.

- Regular update on the key transactions in the markets covered by client by the peers and scout for fresh business opportunities
