Regional Head - Investment Lead

Key Responsibilities:-

- Drive the regional -business development and investment strategy

- Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and closure of strategic investment deals

- Manage the end-to-end investment lifecycle including -due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance-

- Build and maintain strong relationships with -founders, promoters, CXOs, and ecosystem partners-

- Lead and mentor regional -business development teams- to ensure strong pipeline generation

- Monitor portfolio companies' brand and media investment utilization to maximize value creation

- Collaborate with internal teams across -legal, finance, sales, and brand communication- for seamless execution

- Track portfolio performance and support initiatives focused on -value creation and successful exits

- Represent the organization in -industry forums, investor communities, and startup ecosystems

Requirements:

- CA / CFA / MBA- from a reputed institute

- 12+ years of experience in investments, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or strategic business development

- Strong exposure to -deal sourcing, valuation, structuring, and negotiations

- Proven leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders

- Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and execution focus
