Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Regional HR Head (HRBP) to drive HR strategy and partner closely with business leadership to enable growth, performance, and culture across the region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping people strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting rapid scale in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leadership, aligning people strategy with business objectives.

- Design and execute regional HR strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth plans.

- Provide strategic inputs on organizational design, capability building, and workforce transformation.

Talent & Workforce Management

- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and manpower optimization across the region.

- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

- Build strong pipelines for critical roles and future leaders.

Performance & Engagement

- Drive performance management systems, goal alignment, and high-performance culture.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, productivity, and morale.

- Strengthen organizational effectiveness through continuous people interventions.

Culture, Change & Organization Development

- Champion culture transformation and change management initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

- Partner with business leaders during organizational restructuring, expansions, and transformations.

- Promote inclusive, agile, and performance-driven culture.

Governance & HR Excellence

- Ensure strong HR governance, statutory compliance, and adherence to HR best practices.

- Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven people decisions.

- Ensure seamless HR operations and service delivery across the region.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in E-commerce, Tech, or high-growth environments

- Strong experience in HR Strategy and HRBP roles at a regional level

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with business leaders

- Experience managing large, diverse, multi-location teams

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong business acumen with a people-first mindset
