Role Overview:

As the Regional Head Home Loan & LAP for Delhi NCR, you will spearhead the growth and profitability of our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business within the region. This pivotal role involves leading a large team of sales professionals, managing channel partners, and ensuring seamless mortgage operations. You will collaborate closely with credit risk, operations, and marketing teams to drive business development and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will directly impact the company's market share, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction within the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed Home Loan and LAP business targets within Delhi NCR.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including DSAs, builders, and real estate agents, to expand market reach.

- Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with the credit appraisal team to maintain a healthy portfolio and mitigate credit risk.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce turnaround time.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in BFSI sales, with a strong focus on Home Loans and LAP products.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate large sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

- Deep understanding of mortgage operations, credit appraisal processes, and credit risk management principles.

- Exceptional business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong on-site presence in Delhi NCR.
