Regional Head - Growth & P&L - Cold Chain Platform - North Region

- Over the last 3 years, we've grown ~250% YoY, are live across 6 cities, and are scaling rapidly towards 15+ cities.

- Leading F&B brands rely on us to deliver temperature-compliant, reliable cold logistics as they expand.

- Delhi is ready for the next phase.

- The city is live, contracts are in place, and a strong operations leader runs execution. Now were looking for a City Head Delhi to own growth, P&L, and market leadership.

This is a commercial leadership role, not an operations role.

What you'll own

City-level P&L and revenue growth:

- Expansion of enterprise F&B, QSR, dairy, and Qcom accounts

- Scaling North into one of our largest and most profitable regions

- Leading sales, key accounts, and partnerships teams
