Department: Retail Sales
Location: North India (covering Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities)
Experience: 10-16 years
Qualification: MBA (preferred from a reputed institute)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the regional P&L for emerging markets (Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities) in North India.
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Manage and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth in underpenetrated markets.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize offerings and improve customer experience.
- Ensure timely reporting and alignment with the National Sales Head on strategic goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Represent company's in key client meetings, channel partner events, and regional business forums.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- 10-14 years of progressive experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, digital classifieds, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record in managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
