Regional Head - EBO Channel - Kitchenware & Small Appliances Business

We are hiring for a RSM - Retail Business for India's Largest Kitchen-Ware & Small Appliances Brand.

Company: Part of a 100 year old business conglomerate, The company is publicly listed & a Market leader in Kitchen Ware & Small Appliances. Headquartered in Bangalore.

Position : Regional Sales Manager - Retail Business for West India (Karnataka, Goa, AP & Telangana)

Team Size : 2-3 Direct reportees of Area Manager Level.

Reports to : National Retail Head

Requirements :

- A Retail Business leader with 10+ years of experience post full time MBA.

- Should have proven track record of Driving & increasing Sales through Brand Stores, New Store Planning, Store Hygiene etc.

- The incumbent must have handled 2 or more states in West region.

- He/she must have 1 or more ASM as direct reporting into.

Industry Preference : Consumer Durables / Electrical / Building Material / Fashion & Lifestyle / Apparel / Footwear / Electronics / FMCG / etc.

Kindly Note : This position is only fit for those who have experience in handling Exclusive Brand stores in Multiple states. Those who manage General or Modern trade will not be considered.
