Description: The Regional Head Distribution Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end distribution operations across the assigned region. This role will drive distributor performance, improve market reach, enhance service levels, and ensure cost-efficient, compliant, and scalable distribution aligned with the companys growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive distributor appointment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Optimize secondary sales execution, beat productivity, route planning, and coverage efficiency
- Ensure inventory norms, stock availability, and working capital discipline across the region
- Lead logistics planning including primary & secondary transportation, freight optimization, and service levels
- Implement SOPs, controls, and governance across distribution and warehousing operations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning teams to meet regional targets
- Drive process improvement, digitization, and system adoption (DMS, ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Monitor KPIs related to service levels, fill rates, OTIF, cost-to-serve, and distributor health
- Build, lead, and mentor regional distribution teams and partners
