Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, seasoned construction executive to lead our portfolio of large-scale projects in the DRC.

Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in construction management, with proven multi-project and portfolio oversight.
- Professional fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; working proficiency in English is required.
- Strong background in end-to-end commercial governance, budget control, and statutory regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in strategic resource planning (heavy machinery, procurement, and large site crews).
- Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills to interface seamlessly with government authorities, clients, consultants, and internal leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
- Multi-Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end regional project execution, maintaining stringent benchmarks across timeline, quality, safety, and cost controls.
- Strategic Oversight: Align portfolio-level construction objectives directly with company growth targets and client commitments.
- Commercial & Financial Control: Oversee portfolio budgets, optimize resource spending, and drive timely invoicing and revenue targets.
- Resource Optimization: Conduct lead-time and availability analysis for plant, machinery, and materials; coordinate with Head Office teams for seamless mobilization and workforce productivity.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, develop, and conduct performance assessments for project managers, engineers, and site operational staff.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain productive relationships with clients, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- HSE, QA/QC & Governance: Enforce uncompromising health, safety, and quality standards on every site while mitigating project risks, contract ambiguities, and compliance exposures.
