Role Overview:

The Regional Head - Collections (TW Loans) will spearhead the end-to-end debt recovery strategy for the Vijayawada region, overseeing the performance of two-wheeler loan portfolios. This role involves managing large-scale field and tele-calling teams to ensure optimal bucket movement and NPA reduction. You will work closely with regional business heads, legal teams, and external agencies to streamline recovery workflows, mitigate credit risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. By driving operational excellence and team productivity, you will directly influence the company's bottom line and asset quality in a competitive lending market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive loan recovery across the region.

- Manage a team of Area Managers and Collection Managers. Maximize collections, lower NPA, and ensure strict compliance.

- 10+ years in loan collections - recovery with a strong track record of leading multi-tier teams (Area Managers).

- Possesses excellent negotiation, compliance, and NPA management skills.
