Role Overview:
A leading vehicle finance company is looking for a Regional Collections head to drive collections, delinquency management and recovery operations across Delhi NCR. The role will own regional collection performance, lead Area Collection Managers and external agencies, and drive overdue recovery, repossession and collection efficiency. Strong experience in auto finance collections is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own regional collection performance, delinquency management and recovery targets.
- Lead Area Collection Managers and manage external collection agencies and recovery partners.
- Drive overdue recovery, repossession and resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Monitor agency productivity, field performance and collection efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective regional collection strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ethical recovery practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 9 - 16 years of experience in collections and recovery operations.
- Strong preference for auto finance collections experience.
- Candidates from auto finance and commercial vehicle finance may also be considered.
- Exceptional candidates from unsecured lending collections may be evaluated.
- Proven experience managing field collection teams, Area Collection Managers and agencies.
- Strong understanding of delinquency buckets, repossession and recovery operations.
