Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage franchise channel operations, ensuring consistent growth in AUM and revenue.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships with key franchise partners, distributors, and IFAs to enhance product penetration.
- Provide training, product knowledge sessions, and business support to channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, process adherence, and high-quality service delivery.
- Mentor and guide the regional sales team to achieve performance objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in mutual funds, investment products, or financial services distribution.
