1. Channel & Franchise Network Expansion
- Lead the regional expansion strategy by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise and channel partners across key cities and towns.
- Analyze market potential, demand patterns, and competitive landscape to prioritize territories for expansion
- Build a strong pipeline of potential partners through industry connects, events, referrals, and local business networks
2. Sales & Business Performance Management
- Own and drive regional sales and enrollment targets through the partner network.
- Monitor partner sales performance closely, identify bottlenecks, and implement action plans to improve conversion and throughput.
3. Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Develop and oversee onboarding plans for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, product knowledge, and sales training to be successful from day one.
- Work with internal teams to roll out structured training modules and ongoing capability-building programs for partners and their staff.
4. Relationship Management & Engagement
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with all regional partners, serving as the primary point of escalation and business alignment.
- Conduct regular partner reviews, field visits, and strategy discussions to strengthen engagement and commitment.
- Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction, brand alignment, and long-term retention.
5. Brand, Process & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all partners adhere to upGrad's brand guidelines, pricing policies, and compliance requirements.
- Standardize partner operating procedures and enforce contractual terms through regular audits and governance.
