About:


- Lead and manage a multi-layered Business Development team across India to drive business growth.

- Identify new markets and drive expansion into new geographies.

- Front-end high-value/key transactions with builders, real estate agents, and corporate clients.

- Develop and implement business acceleration strategies at a Pan-India level, assess risks, and roll out execution plans.

- Manage MIS and P&L for the Business Development unit.

- Ensure compliance with business processes and policies.

- Design and execute offline lead generation strategies, with a strong focus on builder and broker partnerships in commercial real estate.

- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team.

- Build and maintain a robust prospect database/CRM with accurate tracking of leads and conversions.

- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting decision-makers and influencers.

- Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities and target industries.

- Analyze lead generation performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports.

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and maximize conversion.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools
